Greetings,
In Matthew 5 we encounter The Sermon On The Mount and are given the beatitudes. The beatitudes are essential a list of blessings. It is wise for Christians to consider this list carefully and often. This list of blessings given by Jesus Christ is then followed by a lesson on being the salt of the earth. We have a responsibility to the world to serve Christ well and bless those around us with the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I pray today we make much of Jesus.
