In Luke 22, a discussion takes place among the disciples. They are arguing as to who is the greatest among themselves. Jesus responds to them, and instructs them that to be great they must be willing to be a servant. Jesus Christ came to serve, and he expects His followers to do the same. To be great in the Kingdom is to be willing to be least among others.
However, human pride can be a source of sin that makes replicating servitude difficult. Pride was the reason the disciples were having the discussion in the first place. We must pray the Lord removes self righteous pride and instills in us a servants heart. Jesus had the heart of a servant, so must we in order to follow in His ways.
God Bless
